@fatgirlfedup " -382lbs 👇 in a year 1/2 combined with diet/exercise. @dannyreed5 & I set a New Years Resolution to lose the weight in 2016, and never looked back. We weren't able to do many everyday activities that most couples could do such as going to theme parks, flying on airplanes, taking evening walks, riding bikes, & we weighed a combined weight of 765lbs. We realized if we didnt get our weight under control we wouldn't have a family one day, or grow old together. So we took those first steps and stopped eating out, learned to cook, count calories & mealprep, replaced drinking soda/alcohol with water, and instead of sitting on the couch watching TV - we started hitting the gym. All these small changes added up to big results & our lives have completely changed just since last year. Through our journey we have grown closer and happier as a couple, and don't take any days for granted. We realize that we are capable of anything we set our minds too, especially together. Surround yourself with those who lift you higher and see the greatness in you, even if you dont see it yourself. ❤ "
