Right when I was tired and didnt wanna finish I see this little nugget yell from across the gym asking if she can go pee (she's not aloud out of the kid area) I said yes then thought to myself whenever you think of quitting remember who's watching. That goes for people looking to you for inspiration and people looking for you to fail. Give them both something to see. I finished after this. 💣
If you are doing workouts at home or going to a gym without the isolation machines here is a way to still get the benefit! Grab bands and a bench! Hamstring curls, weighted calf raises (grab a kid if you have to), and leg extensions! Use as a high rep finisher after leg day, use it as a circuit, or build it as sets! Have fun with it! #youdontneedmachines#youarethemachine .
How I feel after my workout with @trainwithstacey this morning. Yes I had to sit in my car a minute before driving. 😩 but feels great to have accomplished that. Working out with someone was a big fear of mine and I did it. ❤ greatness doesn't happen it your comfort zone.
I think one of the best feeling as a trainer is getting a picture text of all the pants in your client's closet that are now too big!! @andrea_geneine had to go shopping!!! I think that's a pretty amazing problem to have!! Don't get comfy in those new pants friend we still got work to do! 😉💪🏼 .

I know hearing consistency is the key to real results may seem like a broken record, but I can't stress how true it is. .
Starting a journey in tracking macros is hard. Eating all the food is hard. Making sure you are eating about every 3 hours is hard....at first. After a few weeks of trial and error and flat out failing it starts to click. The next thing you know you are 6 months in seeing cuts and gains you never even thought about. .
@mkbernstein78 starting macros in April and we are now well into her reverse plan and starting to level out her carb intake and upping her protein numbers. She's had tremendous results because she trusts the plan and stays consistent. Sure she has off days but one day or one meal doesn't bring your progress crashing down. .
