The amazing thing about working out is that once you engrave it into your schedule and it becomes habit, your body will actually start to crave physical activity. That’s why I love practising yoga and calisthenics because you can literally get fit anywhere. And when you get an urge to get rid of some excess energy you can do the crow pose 😂 because it’s never a bad time for that am I right?
Not to mention that some of these things makes awesome party tricks. Yesterday at a party I went to, we had a contest to see who could handstand for the longest. I failed pretty badly 😬 so that’s what I’ll be working on now!
