5 sets of leg press with spilt squats (emphasis on quads) ... i kept myself higher on pad for leg press because it helps me take my back out of it for me... I also lean a bit forward for my split squats so I can focus on my quads and not my hams/glutes.... Plyometrics are series of exercises that combine movements such as jumping, bounding, skipping, and throwing in a quick and repetitive manner. They help improve your speed, agility and power, amp up your calorie burn and make training a lot more fun and functional. These exercises can be incorporated at all fitness levels.
