Today’s garden series 🌳 is a challenge! So it was only right to invite #sosachamberlain to help us all out. This is one of my favourite movements: the goblet squat. I rate this exercise so highly due to how accessible it is, and you do not lead heavy loads for tho to burn! According to @drjohnrusin you should be able to goblet squat half of your body weight for 25 reps! How would you stack up on this test of strength? At home I only have a 16kg kettlebell so I did 10 extra reps for my sins. Train smart 🤓
It's great to see a growing number of wheelchair accessible outdoor gym equipment turning up in parks alongside traditional equipment. This piece of equipment is a Hand Push. It's the ideal exercise for a low intensity arm and upper body stretch.
