Been battling myself for so long, but enough is enough. Only I can defeat me. Only I can bring me down, so when it’s late night and I feel myself attacking myself I go to my therapy sessions and I release all negativity, all of the hurt, all of the pain, the headache, the heartache, the stress, the anxiety, and the doubt, I leave it at the door and I go in and give it my all in everything that I do.
Been off my game a bit, haven’t been myself. But I know God knows what he’s doing and I know he has me exactly where he needs me. So I’m gonna fight everyday, and give it my all everyday and check the results as time goes on. Focus on becoming 1% better each day! CURIOSITY KILLED THE CAT!🙀
I guess tonight I had a moment of gratitude.🙏🏻 I had just gotten off work and headed out to pick up a healthy dinner, and as I was eating I thought Hhhmm here I am just eating a simple but yet awesome healthy dinner, and I made sure to bring my own BCAA’s to mix with my water Ha!
I also had a great workout this morning and I'm feeling it right about now. Nice!😅👏🏻 But then I thought who does that?🤷🏼‍♀️
I don't know?
But I do!😃
I feel blessed that I actually enjoy and crave doing the very things most people dread or cringe over.😬
Training mean and eating clean.💪🏼 I think it comes from a deep burning desire, it's the Curiosity of finding out what MY best is!
What am I truly capable of in this lifetime?🤔 What will the future bring if I keep going?🥇😍 I know what will happen if I stop!😔 But it's that curiosity of not knowing what would, could, or should happen if keep going.
Does greatness await me?🤷🏼‍♀️ And besides do you remember that guy that gave up???🙄

We got a very hard hankering for burgers tonight, but the bread always just makes us feel like garbage. So, we threw some butter lettuce down and then built the burger around it. The most important things about building a good burger with no grains and fresh ingredients include:

1) Get the grass fed 90-10 Ground beef and then mix in the seasonings that you like. We used the seasonings in the second picture with more paprika (~1.5 tsp) and onion, less garlic and salt. Note to self, do not put any cumin in burgers ever. We also put in one raw egg to mix it all up.

2) The butter lettuce is simply crucial. Iceberg lettuce really falls apart.

3) Sautéed onions and mushrooms using 1 tablespoon of coconut aminos, salt to taste, pepper, and butter is legit.
4) Finally, we love to have sautéed pineapple on burgers. It just goes so well with the sharpness of the cheddar cheese and the smoothness of the avocado.
