Marcel and I have been going to Horne again on the weekends, but it turns out neither of us can link more than three moves in a row anymore. So I decided to try and train endurance.

Here's a set of 4x4s. This is Pledge to Hedge, Pull Yaself Up!, Bitter and An Easy Problem -- all the softest benchmark V4s.

Anyway, doing this I reminded me how much I hate endurance training, so good thing outdoor endurance season has begun 😛. Back to Horne for the weekend!

Happy Thursday friends 🤗 I hope you’re all having a lovely day. Working until awful o’clock this morning meant I required quite a lay in, sleep is very important so I went with it. I currently can’t decide whether to take my cardio day today, or do my total body session. I’m not at home over the weekend and probably won’t be able to train so jiggling the order of my workouts around may be the answer. Com essas receitas,o que quero provar é que o mesmo tempo que você usaria pra colocar aquela pizza congelada no forno,da pra fazer uma refeição muito mais completa,nutritiva e gostosa 😋. Agora chega de papo e vamos pra receita. Você vai precisar de: ✔100g de banana
✔15g de whey (tem que ser gostoso,senão desanda 😂) - eu usei a proteína vegana da @newnutritionbrasil .
✔10g de pasta de amendoim (ou de outras castanhas,de coco,...) Modo de preparo: SE LIGA NA DIFICULDADE 😂 ➖ coloca a banana,o whey e a pasta no liquidificador. Joga um pouquinho de água,só pra bater. Bate por um minuto e ta pronto 👍🏼. Macros:
