Try this high intensity interval training circuit, 3 rounds of each 4 exercises.. Sounds easy than what it is 👌🏼 you'll be out of breathe in no time!
Work for 45 seconds on 15 seconds off!
•Chest to floor burpee
• Squat kick
• Walk outs, push ups with a tuck jump
• Toe taps, jump jacks
I did this with my class @slicefitness this morning and they absolutely annihilated it!
You can do this anywhere, at home, in the park, on holiday etc all you need is you!
So get out in this beautiful sunshine, set that timer and go go go!
