Is your trainer teaching you how to use KB's. STOP and ask if they are certified. Your safety is important. Make sure your trainers programming is because they are properly trained and certified NOT just what they've seen on Instagram. #trainitright I'm @agatsufitness certified. There are other certifications out there too but please make sure your trainer has a certification before trusting them with your safety.

I use to run in person transformation groups! This was one of my clients from a 12 week program. She had amazing results from seeing me 2-3x a week. Now I find that I can help more people online vs in person. Also my online clients seem to get far superior results? Why is that? I think it is because most clients who only do in person have the mindset of: "well I'm just going to see my trainer tomorrow and burn it off" - where as online you not only get divided individual workouts you can do when you can fit them in your day but individualized nutrition, cardio and supplementation guidelines to follow. Clients also have to check in with me online and provide photos and detailed information either Bi-weekly or monthly. I also provide my clients with email/text support. Because their success is my success! Don't get me wrong in person sessions are great for a butt kicking...but I love helping as many people as I can become the best version of themselves. That's why I believe in what I do! No matter what your goals are I have experience helping all different kinds of clients. Competition prep, transformation, athletes, injury rehab and more! Every journey is different! @emrothenbrokerfit did a transformation with me and then we took it to the stage! She over came so much...and worked a labor intensive job during her prep... she over came self doubt and learned to trust me! Doing a prep is definitely a mental journey as well as physical.
