Body mechanics precedes technique, meaning the level of technique you are capable of reaching is predetermined by the mechanics you are working with. FP Human Biomechanics Specialist @kyledake444 is now a member of the US national wrestling team. No traditional lifting at all. 100 percent FP trained. Picking people up and putting them down. Yep, you can gain strength without all the injuries, nevermind the technique enhancemencts you get with FP. We aren't flawless, but we are miles ahead of the rest on our field.

If you have never worked with a FP HBS then you have no idea the kind of trauma and stimulus the homie Jon jay is putting on his myofascial system with this fp chamber. Ive put some really “strong” looking humans through chambers like these and they can barley execute the chamber let alone hold it and chase the shakes. HOW DO YOU TRAIN YOUR CORE?
Traditional sit-ups, leg raises, crunches, russian twists are all commonly seen in gyms, but are they really relevant to how the human body functions? Can they cause more issues than desired pursuing those six pack abs?
Unfortunately yes.
Here's why: -They dont encourage stability from the deep core musculature -They train the abs and obliques in isolation disconnecting them from the rest of the kinetic chain
-They don't potentiate tension through the body's anterior and posterior oblique system
-They cause compressive forces through the spine
-They create restrictions around the ribcage limiting breathing
