I was looking back on some not-so-old photos today and realized how fascinating it is, that your body can change its form so quickly. This photo was taken in the middle of December. I was being really strict on diet and training because I had a goal in mind. Once that goal was completed I wasn't as strict, I didn't follow a precise plan. The result - I am not as shredded now, as I was just a mere 3 months ago. Now don't get me wrong, it's okay to indulge and not be strict on yourself 24/7. You still have to live life. 💪🏽 But it's important to know that a plan of attack and consistency in executing that plan is KEY 🗝 in achieving any physique goals you have. ☺️💋 Ps. Happy Humpday!
