Training Shenanigans with @mad_scientist_duffin in his badass gym @kabukistrengthlab always learning and trying to better myself in all aspects of training!! Worked on squat and bench techniques messed around with some chains on bench and used the duffalo bar (55 lbs) also covered some yolk 75-80 500/690/700 looked alittle sloppy haven't done it in years, going to clean it up abut. Happy Monday guys! Hope your week is off to a good start ☀️ Here's a little tricep tri-set to try today (say that 5 times fast 😂)
Do 8-12 reps of each exercise, with no rest in between:
◾ Tricep Rope Pushdowns
◾ Overhead Tricep Extensions
◾ Cable Tricep Kickbacks
Rest for no more than 45 seconds at the end and then repeat 2-3 times!
For all these exercises, you want to keep your elbows as still as possible and not let them move around (easier said than done, I still struggle with this)
Also, flick your wrists at the end of each movement for full range of motion 👌
Tag your workout buddy and annihilate those arms!

Really enjoying this fasting protocol I made. Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday workouts. 24 hr fasting Monday/Wednesday - but includes BCAAs, electrolytes, and lots of caffeine. Ideally I'd fast on Saturday/Monday but weekends are a time I actually attempt to socialize. Been averaging around 2700 cals with 2 fasting days a week. Puts me at roughly 3500 cals on eating days.
