Since I failed this morning, jogging my 3 miles and stopped after one, I went back this afternoon at the gym to knock out some calories. Sunday morning workout done, later I enjoy the sun.
Perfect screen for a nearsighted person. 44 SPLATTIES and almost 580 calories. Afterburn is guaranteed. As you can see, our "Personal Trainer" coach @body_by_bentley kicked our butts badly. Doesn't matter if there are just 2 or 12 or 24 ppl at the orangetheory cardio class, you will definitely reach your goals. It was amazing. Another day in my journey accomplished.
