Forever chasing goals 🙌🏾 Ever since watching boss lady @tlcullen smash out tricep pushups in my first ever F45 sesh, I’ve been gunning to match her moves. And today, I finally put my baby tris to the test, and they did not disappoint. Quite a few of my drills aren’t found in a book or learned. I like to use my own creativity to try to produce in game movements and scenarios. Many times I implement a drill into my own routine to determine if it could be helpful, beneficial, or not a good idea. LOL (which happens a lot) The videos above show me working on several variations of lateral bounds on the bosu which I believe can be beneficial and appropriate for basketball. These are extremely challenging as your moving in all three planes of motion, jumping between unstable and stable surfaces, stabilizing, accelerating, decelerating and using quite a bit of coordination. Be different and think outside the 📦! #sportsperformance

Single leg dead lifts have always been challenging for me but I have gotten better the more often I do them. Sometimes we don’t want to do the things we are not good at but those are exactly what we need to do I used to do these on ice with skates so I should be able to do this!!!
