Over 20 yrs ago I left high school weighing 135. About 10 yrs ago I hovered about 165 with a Max of 185 when I got serious for muscle. Heading out on one of my last deployments about five and a half yrs ago at 169 I decided to see how big I could get and how much I could lift. In a span of 4 months I put on 34lbs breaking past 200 for an official weigh in and was lifting weights I never thought I would. Marines I worked with thought I was on drugs. 🤣 Of course come #PFT physical fitness test time.. My run suffered, and now that I had #beentheredonethat it was time to cut. I worked down to about 179 before that deployment was over- 2 months later. The last two pics are current.. 170lbs #welterweight ready for anything. -Point being? This week I decided to switch my routine from Full Body workouts 3x/week to a Upper/Lower 4-day split. I wanted to add some volume to certain areas, and a Upper/Lower split is perfect for that. For this workout, I touch every upper body part with emphasis on my chest.

🔘 Arnold Press (3 sets x 10-12 reps)

🔘 Preacher Curls (3 sets x 10-14)
🔘 Chest Press Machine (3 sets 10-14)
🔘 Overhead Extension (3 sets 10-14)
