I went to the doctor last week. The blood test showed that everything is ok with me. However, she did recommend a performance enhancing treatment to me. Apparently it's very anabolic and forces the body to release growth hormones. Sounds too good to be true, a bit dodgy, isn't it? But I knew, it was the best thing to make me stronger. In fact, it made me very fast in the past when I used to do it a lot. So it wasn't new to me, to be honest. Lately I just struggled to do it properly. I can really recommend it to you. The treatment is called SLEEP. Try to do it at least 8 hours after dinner/before breakfast and ideally a little bit after lunch. I promise it works miracles!
