Anyways let's get this show on the road with this insane core smasher 💦
Equipment is necessary ☝🏼 Method:
1. Flutter kicks 1 minute
2. Oblique plank twists 30 second each side
3. Cocoons 1 minute
4. Toe touches 1 minute
5. Crunches 1 minute
Each exercise should be performed for 1 minute with no rests between exercise. You will be performing 4 rounds with 40 seconds rest per round.
This is a fantastic finisher after a weight training session, or even on your off days this would be great!
