I really want to get better at ring muscle-ups so I've added eccentrics to my workouts. Really concentrating on the transition which is where I know I'm weakest. @pullupmateofficial continues to be a useful tool in my home workouts.

No player is the same so why would your "Best Practices" work for everyone? I believe that yes, we all are human doing throwing movements and some things may work for those who constantly do that motion but we need to understand each individual player's strengths and weaknesses. . . .
A simple drill may work for the majority but their may be one or two guys who have trouble with it. . . .
