If you found us please follow us . As promised on my bleucotton page, here is the recipe for these outstanding smoked Babyback ribs! Using a TRAEGER smoker grill.
1 cup Apple juice. Pappy’s choice seasoning. Using a shallow baking pan covered with a sheet of heavy tinfoil, pour the cup of apple juice over you ribs.
Then rub the Pappy’s seasoning on both sides. Set your TRAEGER to smoke with lid open for 5 mins or untill you see white smoke. Close lid and set to 250 degrees. Place tray in TRAEGER and smoke for two hours. Then take Tray of ribs out and pour anothe cub of apple juice over the ribs and cover with another sheet of tinfoil. Place in smoker for another hour at 250 degrees. In a small bowl whisk together a 1/2 cup Sweet Rays BBQ sauce, 4 TBs. of grape jelly and 2 Tbs. of honey. Take tray of ribs out and brush sauce on both side of ribs. Turn your smoker up to 350 degrees and place the ribs directly on the rack. Face down for 20-30 mins then turnover and brush on more sauce then cook for another 20-30 mins. Remove from grill and let rest for 10 mins.
