You can’t push yourself if you don’t even know your limits!
Whether you head to the gym, your basement, your friend’s garage, or your living room....don’t just guess at how much weight you should be lifting! 😳

Track it!

If I see an up arrow next to a prior week’s weight, I know to go heavier next time. If I see that I only completed 10 reps, I try to push for 11. Progress doesn’t come by winging it.
