Average weight down to 84.5kg from 85.1kg, feels like I'm making progress at a good rate. So far, so good. No cravings, no hunger. Definitely getting in the groove with my food and the amount I'm consuming. Probably haven't consumed over 150g of protein a day this entire year (I haven't been tracking macros in 2017), and now I'm at 225g per day. Overall feelings of well being are high, energy levels are good. Been having some crazy Long days at work but alls good in the hood, no struggles so far.

@hymsy kicked in cardio for me already, 15 minutes per day every day. Macros remain the same as last week -
Training day: 225P, 285C, 60F (2580 Kcal)
Non-Training day: 225P, 160C, 105F (2485 Kcal)

▪️IIFYM favourites of the week:
1. Mother fuckin sushi. This was not a refeed either, I saved my carbs and fat for a sushi dinner. Kept it simple when ordering (only ate salmon nigiri x 8 pieces), weighed my swordfish sashimi and keyed those into myfitnesspal.
2. Sriracha has been the seasoning of the week.. and probably remains seasoning of the year/life.
3. Nuts n More Peanut Salted Caramel Protein Spread.. ridiculously good on bread. Just out of this world. 12P 12F 8C for 2 tablespoons happily spent! Scroll to the last pic if you wanna see how I weigh my spreads.

I'm trying to do better on the weekends and I think posting more will hold me more accountable. I like my family time/phone free time/break from taking pictures of every morsel I eat time but I don't want to let my slips turn into slides. That being said, before my meeting I got a pumpkin scone from Starbucks. I broke off 2-3 pieces and tried it... I didn't think it was worth it at all. Channeling my Whole30 here and NOT eating it. According to the app the whole thing is 22 sp's! 😬 I probably ate 1/8-1/4 (doesn't look like I ate much at all in the picture ⤴️). 1/8 is 3 sp's and 1/4 is 6 sp's... I'll go with 6 to be safe. I'm proud of myself, normally I would eat it anyway. I'm really trying to learn and grow from my past mistakes. In my meeting last week my leader said, "if you do what you always did, you'll get what you always got!" That really stuck with me! If I let myself have a free for all on the weekends, I'm not learning anything. I need to start being a WW'er 💯 percent of the time and not just 5 days a week. I'm going to do my best to track everything-- the good, the bad and the ugly! If I'm not being honest with myself, I'm only cheating myself! Okay... enough rambling! 😂

So now that I'm cutting for my next meet abd just b/c I need to I'm back to tracking my macros regularly(via MFP). I like to alternate my high carb/lower fat and lower carb/higher fat(carb cycling) days based on my training for that day. These pitas are a life saver on my lower carb days. I can still feel like I'm eating bread without blowing all my macros. #iifym #carbcycling #mfp #trackyourfood #iliketracking

One of my favourite desserts is a #cheesecake made with #quark and #whitechocolate #options powder.
I pop some #biscuit on the bottom, mix the powder in with the quark then put on top of the biscuit then top with fresh #fruit. I love proper cheesecake but this take some beating as a low #smartpoint version at 5sp. Swipe for details ➡
