On a positive note definitely gaining some serious strength in the last 6 months easily. Put up a 175# and 185# push press and probably could have got 195#. The last time I did a 1 rep I was at 165#. So gaining all the strength and still losing body fat! Man I love what I do 💯. Also found a video of my man @jeffreyn89 getting down on video 😂. I know there are more on my phone just have to find the moments 🤟🙄🤣. A Father’s Day treat dinner for daddy. He deserves it! Lobster, BBQ Shrimp and asparagus. The best Ice cream for dessert. The boys had handmade fettuccini from the farmer’s market with Parmesan cheese, baby peppers and cucumbers. Loved it! I did do water first, veggies most, protein, accessories then a silly but totally worth it carb. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Moose Tracks Enjoyed every spoonful! I mean really enjoyed it! I love 2B Mindset. Treats are allowed. Especially for special occasions! I just have to track them!

GUYS IVE NEVER BURNED THIS MUCH ON A NOT-LEG-DAY. So we have a small fitness center in our hotel but I just bought a membership to Planet Fitness and I’m so sad I’ve never been to one before! It’s a great environment and I’m not scared to go into the cables/barbell area WHICH MEANS I can actually complete a @whitneyysimmons workout without modifying everything down to just dumbbells. So yeah, back and bis done. Now I’m gonna go do some handstands and play tuba. Peace out, girlscouts (and boyscouts, any scouts really, we don’t discriminate)

Keeping it together ... or at least trying. Whoever came over my crib and left the chips ahoy, I have a love hate relationship with you. Been having 3-4 of the cookies a day immediately post workout, and haven’t had any other “0 cal snacks” 😂throughout the day, so I’m pretty happy about that. Cardio still in 4-5 times a week 30 min low intensity and cals floating around 3000-3400 and steadily dropping 1-2 lbs a day from my one week binge where I got up to 175. Every prep I’ve binged but this prep I’m on track a lot sooner than before, and definitely doing more work than before. Happy to be back to working my ass off💪 use this weekend to get ahead of your goals! Don’t wait until Monday to start! Ive lost 2# in the last 2 weeks leaving 4.6 out of the 6.6# that I wanted to lose before I go on vacation on June 30! With some tight control I can do it 💪🏼💪🏼
