Average weight down to 84.5kg from 85.1kg, feels like I'm making progress at a good rate. So far, so good. No cravings, no hunger. Definitely getting in the groove with my food and the amount I'm consuming. Probably haven't consumed over 150g of protein a day this entire year (I haven't been tracking macros in 2017), and now I'm at 225g per day. Overall feelings of well being are high, energy levels are good. Been having some crazy Long days at work but alls good in the hood, no struggles so far.

@hymsy kicked in cardio for me already, 15 minutes per day every day. Macros remain the same as last week -
Training day: 225P, 285C, 60F (2580 Kcal)

▪️IIFYM favourites of the week:
1. Mother fuckin sushi. This was not a refeed either, I saved my carbs and fat for a sushi dinner. Kept it simple when ordering (only ate salmon nigiri x 8 pieces), weighed my swordfish sashimi and keyed those into myfitnesspal.
2. Sriracha has been the seasoning of the week.. and probably remains seasoning of the year/life.
3. Nuts n More Peanut Salted Caramel Protein Spread.. ridiculously good on bread. Just out of this world. 12P 12F 8C for 2 tablespoons happily spent! Scroll to the last pic if you wanna see how I weigh my spreads.
