This captures what last week in the #trackingzone looked like for me...my daily points allowance is 23, so I need to be recording between 13 and 28 a day to receive a blue dot 🔵
What’s good to remember is that it's not just going over the allowance that can cause problems, it's being under too! As there are so many #zeroheroes to choose from, I sometimes find myself on 3-5 points by dinner time but if I am consuming below 13 points a day, it could mean missing out on essential nutrients and a variety of food groups. Stay in the #healthyeatingzone and choose a pattern of good fats, grains and starches #varietyisthespiceoflife after all! 🔥 This wiggle room shows that you don't have to be 'perfect' to be on track but aim to connect as many blue dots in a row! That's my challenge for Week Two sorted!
