Do you know how much sugar is in your muesli ? Sometimes you forget about the dried fruit or the honeyed, roasted and toasted most mueslis are. It's nice for a treat every now and again but all those grams of sugar add up quickly everyday. The recommended sugar intake for woman is 6 tsp day... I can tell you now my daily intake is no where near that low but I'm working on it ! I guess the key is to mindful of where you are getting your sugar from, how much you're actually having every day and where you can cut.
