⚠️LONG POST⚠️ First off NO...I'm not competing just taking a progress/regress photo. most people on social media will only show you the highlight reel or the best angles of their physique. Though I think it's important to show the entire journey. The first photo is right before Emerald Cup last year mid April ish 2016. The second photo was tonight. Here's the deal LIFE HAPPENS and in the last year I've accomplished A LOT! Not all goals being oriented in the gym. So what is the real difference here? Well I'm at 2 completely different weights, the first is about 125 lbs and the second is 117lbs. I'm currently at a higher fat level and I'm working on staying consistent with my Macros/micros. But here's the deal. It's OK to not be stage ready/lean and be happy with your body. It's okay to enjoy food and enjoy life.
