Too many people are caught up in "sugar content" in foods.. 😡😡
I used to believe I had to eat no sugar to achieve my goals and eat only clean foods... Ha, what a crazy person I was🤦🏽♀️ -
So does sugar lead to fat gain or does excess calories lead to fat gain???🤔🤔🤔 -
This cookie has 30g of sugar...People try to tell me they are bad for me because of that...but, I eat these all the time....They fit my macros....(am I fat because of them?!) (yes I know there are two servings in one cookie).. But Carbs=Gainz.... PLZ EXPLAIN 🙈
I also hit my fiber intake and sugar doesn't even play a role in my tracking, the only bad part about sugary foods is they don't keep you full and satisfied for long, hencing the fact that when you eat more sugary foods you are more likely to go over calories because you aren't eating nutrient/fiber dense foods that keep you fuller for longer.
Just trying to clarify, I love you flexible dieting for showing me SUGAR IS NOT THE ENEMY🙅🏽🙅🏽🙅🏽
