Hollow Body Hold + Single Arm DB Press

Strengthen the core with this stability/anti-rotation exercise, while also effectively training the upper body. The hollow hold places you in a tight and healthy position, while the asymmetrical pressing action adds a great anti-rotational challenge to bulletproof the core and mental focus alike. One of my favorites.

Wow what a week!
The week started being majorly hungover due to having a night out which turned pretty messy!
So I took a rest day Monday! Tried Tuesday and nearly spewed up! The rest of the week suffered from sickness bug!
But I’m back to it and miss the workouts like crazy!
So I should be starting phase 2 but going to re take the last week of phase 1 of the programme 80day obsession!

You know... when you workout, it’s not just about that number on the scale. Non-scale victories are just as good! Like today. I went from modifying 3 moves last week to only 1 (yes ONE!!!!) this week. That’s improvement!! Oh yeah!!!

‘You can’t have a better tomorrow if you’re always thinking about yesterday.’ Enough is enough. I have let some negative comments and remarks bring me down for longer than I care to admit but today I take back MY control. I did a lot of positive self talk during my workout today and it did help immensely. This is my journey, my story and I am proud of the fact that I keep going no matter what. I was in a fake it til you make it mode and honestly it wasn’t working for me so time to change my thoughts. Why do I tell you this? To let you know, it is ok to not be where everybody else is. It is ok to take a different path, to detour along the way but just don’t ever give up on yourself!
I absolutely love total body core. My favorite workout is the chest press bicycles. Who am I kidding? I liked them all!

Day 15 done! Yesterday was a rest day and much needed!
