Total body workout!🤗 💦 When throwing together a total body circuit, I try to include one squat movement, one lunge movement, one upper body push exercise and one upper body back or pull exercise, plus a cardio move at the end to increase heart rate.❤️ You can come up with all sorts of combos. 💃🏻 As always, the focus is on form and range of motion of the movement over speed/rushing through. Each exercise for the number of reps listed before moving on to the next exercise. 3 rounds, resting as needed between rounds. 🔹Lateral kettlebell squat walks x 20reps total
🔹Push up with jack x 8-10 reps
🔹Curtesy lunge x 20 reps total
🔹Back fly x12
🔹cardio burst for 30 seconds: 8 high knees and 2 touch the ground squats.
❤️The second video (swipe right) includes modifications for the workout if you want low impact and no weights. Still a great way to work up a sweat, take your joints through some range of motion and increase strength❤️
