LEGDAY: Some new tricks and tips for you guys:
Tired of doing same thing over and over again?
Well don´t cry, here comes @kristianmalkiphysique with some new tricks
1: Sumo Squats: focus on no lock outs, controlled weight and failure/15 reps in high volume. Exercises 3 or 4.
2: Walking lunges: I did 5 sets: 4+4 each leg + 4 same leg+ 4 same leg. Controlled weight, controlled balance all time!
3: Number 2+3 was a Superset: The things above + Squats to failure(when you reach failure) 2 more squats with 2-3 sec pause at bottom and up for 1 sec (mod weight)
4: Leg extensions: 4+4 each leg controlled, + 4 both legs as heavy as possible(still full controll)
5: Leg curls: 4+4 each leg controlled, + 4 both legs, as heavy as possible(still full controll)
