Here’s what you gotta do:
1️⃣Side lying leg raise x30s
2️⃣Side lying clamsell x30s
3️⃣Quadruped kickback x30s
4️⃣Side lying hip raise x30s
5️⃣Single leg glute bridge x30s
Time per side. Minimize rest between sides and sets. Repeat 1-2 times before starting your workout.
Now for the “why” 👉 You can squat all you want. If you don’t feel it in your butt, your butt won’t grow. I know it sounds silly, but for real - Where do you feel squats? What about lunges? Deadlifts? I’m gonna guess you said thighs for at least one of those. Most people struggle to properly engage their glutes due to lack of use and long periods of sitting every day.
