lean & green & not so mean smoothie happening for lunch here today!
I packed this baby with spinach, and healthy fats, so my body can absorb all those good nutrients from the greens. Does anyone else love anything in mason jars? Everything seems cuter this way, in my opinion
do it: 1 cup @earthsowncanada unsweetened vanilla almond milk + 1 scoop @genuinehealth fermented vegan proteins (I like unflavoured and unsweetened) + 1 tbsp almond butter + 2 handfuls fresh spinach + 1 frozen banana + a few dashes of cinnamon
