Alan has been incredibly consistent with his training and nutrition. Nothing fancy, complicated or unachievable. We've slowly built a strong foundation and now he is moving better, and has less aches and pains, whilst enjoying playing golf at the weekend. He is carrying way less body fat and a lot more muscle mass. His strength and fitness is through the roof from where he started.
Here's what Alan had to say about his journey, I promise I've not paid him to say it. Also I'd like to add that anyone who has witnessed me dancing, knows it may be understated but it's extremely emotive. "I came to Ted with a goal in mind, get a little leaner and fitter. After a few ups and downs and some excellent coaching, I was able to reach my goal and now feel like I've exceeded it.
Training has been hard and at times trying but after alot of encouragement and 1st class coaching from Ted, every session has been enjoyable and rewarding.
Now that my goal has been achieved, I intend on carrying on with my training, not for a target, but just for the pure enjoyment and fitness results that give a huge amount of satisfaction.

As Alan says their has been ups and downs, struggles with motivation and niggles are going to happen. But we work around it, discuss issues and find solutions that are right for him. We get in and get it done.
As a personal trainer one of my biggest satisfactions is when someone says the enjoy their training.
