Was hoping to hit some PRs this afternoon... but unfortunately did not Happened, but I hit all my old totals snatch 61kg/135lbs clean and jerk 75kg/165lbs total 136kg day! Hit this clean & jerk complex at 71kg and some hang snatch dubs at 46kg the other day ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ weights that I used to consider heavy are getting to be more consistent #progress
Also started working on my pull up strength again. Snatches felt snappy warming up so I played the #powerornah game and I think I won ๐Ÿ˜ all PRs shown at 48, 50 and 52kg! ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ
Clean & jerk (2+1)s were feeling super strong as well, so I did 5 sets at 60kg!
@alexbeaudryy got me to do some tempo back squats 4x4 at 75kg and then I played around on the rings ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ I would say it was a good workout!
