Totally takes me back to my childhood where the family would go to #dintaifung on Yong Kang Street and wait forever for our table at the bookstore next door. While everyone goes crazy for xiao long bao, I always ask for this soup. The book store is still there. It seems smaller. The portion size for this noodle, on the other hand, seems bigger. Isn’t it amasing that perspective change over the years? The only thing that stays the same is my appreciation for this soup. I still order it when I go to other branches of DTF.

I have been craving cheesecake all week. Boy! I’m glad I waited until I found the right one with this matcha 🍵 cheesecake. 😍💚 I paired it with houjicha.
