🏃What's the best cardio to do to lose weight?
🤓This is a question I get all the time. Guys cardio is not the answer. To get that lean look most people are after... simply losing weight wont achieve it. If you look at most runners they may be skinny but they don't look in shape. We need to stop thinking weight loss and start thinking body re-composition. To do this first things first, your DIET is 75% of it. Your diet is what will make you loose body fat. Then 20% is resistance training. You need to add a little lean muscle mass to give you that toned look. The last 5% is cardio. When it comes to types of cardio, find the one you enjoy doing. That's the type of cardio you should do. I like to switch it up. Sometimes I skip, run, row or do HIIT. It all comes down to how I'm feeling
