Just killed leg day!! I incorporated a lot of cardio to it (so I didn't have to do it later πŸ˜…) past two weeks I couldn't do cardio on leg days because they were about to give out on me. Today I decided to do a lot of body weight & some extra weight exercises along with a lot of jumping around! It was pretty successful! I wanted to keep going (CR7 kept saying " don't stop") anyway. One consistent goal for most of my female clients is to create more definition in the back of their arms. πŸ€” Here is one of my most effective recommendations! 100 push-ups a day! Body weight push-ups won't make someone look bulky and they can be performed almost anywhere. 100 push-ups in a day is very possible. You just have to believe and commit. πŸ’ͺ🏽 Start off with 10 reps of four each day. The reps can be all together or spread apart. I prefer to spread them apart. Each week ad five more reps to a set. If you need to start off at a lower number of reps or increase a lower amount each week, no sweat! Just make sure to add a consistent number of reps each week. Also doing push-ups from your knees is good too. Just make sure to get as low as you can and not to rush through them. However once you get to sets of 25 I highly recommend switching to push-ups with a full extension to your feet. Doing this go back to four sets of 10 reps and add five each week. Starting off you may need to perform push-ups every other day. Also make sure your hands are placed closer to the sides of your chest and not up by your shoulders. Once you commit and believe you can handle this challenge it's only a matter of time before you hit the 100 mark. Stronger Mind. Stronger Body. That's all I wanted to say today. Just that, I got stuck in two machines because my legs gave out, my trainer had no mercy. He never does and then he tells me.. "No one ever wants to train legs with me" ooohhh I think I might know WHY!! jerkface. I woke up this morning and felt a slight soreness on my glutes from Monday πŸ˜§βœ‹πŸΌ. He didn't care... still kicked my entire lower body's a**. He did this weird resistance thing where he held my feet (when I was on the leg curl machine) and I had to curl while he pushing them/pulling them the opposite direction πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ. Dios mioooo i don't know how I survived. Literally added 5 scoops of cr7 to my water (follow your plan). Now to be crippled all weekend! Yaaaaay!! πŸ™„.
