Teenagers need one hour of physical activity each day to maintain physical and mental wellbeing. Unfortunately our youth are becoming more sedentary which makes them more vulnerable to lifestyle disease and mental health issues.
To support our local youth in becoming healthier Tonic are offering a class to help teens develop confidence in their physical ability through modified boot camp/circuit style classes. The classes will incorporate strength and cardio vascular conditioning along with some flexibility and balance. The class will be structured and supervised by a highly experienced trainer with over 16 years of industry experience, including children and adolescent qualifications and current working with children check.
