feeling thiccccccc af today - I'm determined to get my 10,000 steps in today bc at this moment in time I have done a total of 290 πŸ‘€ das nat gud πŸ˜• does anyone else make sure they're getting their steps in? I've only just started doing it and I can already see some difference in not only my shape but my mood! After the gym each day I check my steps and if I haven't hit 10,000 (usually haven't as sat at desk all day) then I go to a field by my house and just walk and breathe and clear the head! I always say a good walk can turn a bad day around sometimes! Ok so ima eat some food then go for this walk. Cya xo

Nothing like some booty progress on Set Your Soul On Fire Sunday! 😏πŸ”₯πŸ‘I took these after photos a few days ago and could not wait to share because HOLY BUTT LIFT BATMAN in less than 3 weeks!! Again, I want to stress that the scale has NOT MOVED. 🚨 Again, I weigh THE SAME but my body composition is changing. In fact, when I enter phase 2 I plan to bump my bracket up from A to D! YES D!! It will double my carb intake, triple my veggies, increase my fruits and up my fats and that's a GOOD THING. 🀀Gimme all the food! Don't be afraid of carbs, calories or veggies. Fiber is SO important and when you're eating clean and timing it right, it all gets turned into fuel. πŸš—πŸ’¨ The more muscle I put on, the more I'll need to eat to continue to burn fat and build more muscle. Ladies, want a butt? Look at your diet. That kinda perky butt on the left was from HFLC & while I looked good everywhere else I could not put on muscle and keep it on to save my life. Saggy + skinny with cellulite is not the look I'm going for and what shows up anytime I follow a food trend that eliminates food groups. Especially in my butt. Do you see the difference in my skin!!!? That is NOT Facetune kids, that's removing unneeded extra crap from my diet. Laying it all out there to help you ditch the junk and focus on health. Sunday meal prep inspo!! πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ₯„ Whip these up today & we promise you'll be lovin' them all week! πŸ˜‰
~ Makes 6 muffins
3/4 cup oat flour (or almond meal)
3/4 cup vanilla @ToneItUp Protein
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk (from a carton)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
coconut oil spray
Preheat oven to 350. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine wet ingredients, except blueberries, in a sep. bowl. πŸ’™ Add wet ingredients to dry & mix to combine. Gently fold in blueberries 'til well combined. Spray a muffin tin w/ coconut oil spray. Pour batter into the muffin tins. Managed to get in legs before I left and a quick 30 minute run along the beach before dinner, it took me a little while to convince myself to go out in the cold but so glad I did, I find running such a great stress release and along the beach just adds to the good vibes. #bbgweek9 #sunset #nofilter #neverregretaworkout

Anyone recovering from mental health problems will tell you that establishing a safe and healthy routine is key. Being away from home, even if it's for a holiday can be a challenge because it means that the control and unhealthy impulses you were trying to let go of slowly are definitely out of reach.
