Give it a try and lmk how it feels👇🏼 PS do it with as much weight as you would a bicep curl. We tend to use lower weights for triceps but opposing muscle groups must be equally strong! . . . .

The 45 minute ab workout I had planned was not going to happen today so I improvised with a quick HIIT 20 minute ab circuit: 3 SETS 15 windshield wipers with a leg raise and pulse up 1 minute elbow plank 30 second side to side tap 15 weighted russian twists And nothing like the looks you get while squeezing in a few boat poses and some extra planks in the car dealership playroom with the kiddos while waiting for service 👀 😝
