It's a shame that HEALTHY pregnancies sometimes look odd to those who live in a region where the majority of the population are overweight/obese. πŸ™…NO, you don't need a big bump to have a healthy pregnancy, nor should you be living a sedentary lifestyle (unless specifically advised by your Dr)
All four women are in their third trimesters in this photo, and for two of them, this is their SECOND pregnancy.

Haven't posted in a couple days but I'm still here working toward progress!! I rested Monday because I've been really hurting and haven't been my best self doing the moves. Funny story:
After my procedure this morning, the anesthesiologist pops in and asks if I run or workout or do Pilates or something. I answered yes. He laughed and said the doctor kept complaining my abs were too firm!
A while later, the doctor comes in. He said my abs along with my height (5'10") made his job take twice as long, so when it is time for me to have another colonoscopy down the road...he doesn't want to be the one to do it!

I've been thinking about going to the gym but this week I had to put my priorities first and study for my licensing examπŸ“πŸ“š (which is today 😣) I was thinking maybe after my test today I'd go to the park and try out this workout again it was such a killer!

The first are a bit easier as you are just jumping from standing up
