As we see ourselves daily, it is sometimes difficult to see our physical transformation unfolding. The first photo was taken in January (hence, my ghostliness), the second in March and the third was last week. Since January I have lost just over 6% body fat. I honestly didn't even notice a difference until tonight when I was scrolling through my camera roll. For those of you who are on a fitness journey, like me, I STRONGLY encourage you to take progress pictures! You don't have to share them with anyone, but you should use them as an effective tool to keep you motivated and to keep everything in perspective. Last note, don't look for imperfections in your pictures. Look for the changes that reflect your commitment to your health. Here are some of my go-to ab exercises at the gym. I will generally pick 3-5 exercises and go through each of them 3 times to make a circuit. Ingredients-โ €
โ€ข1 serving vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder โ€ข1/3 cup egg whites (or 2 egg whites)โ €
โ€ข1/2 mashed very ripe bananaโ €
โ€ข1 tsp vanilla (optional)โ €
โ€ขdash of cinnamon (optional)โ €
โ€ขdash of cardamon (optional)โ € ________________________________________________________โ€ขMix all ingredients and cook in waffle maker. (Only cook a couple minutes otherwise it will become too dry and spongy.) โ €
