Watching chef grill the Hakkinton Pork Skewer over fire. Hakkinton in Japanese means Platinum Pork which is a first generation cross breed between a black pig and a white pig. This way with the first generation cross breed you get the best characteristics of both. #ToHKTakeover #TasteofHK #foodscience #grillmaster

Preparing Hokkaido Roasted Rice Aisu with Matcha and Rice Puffs. Chef is very secretive about how exactly this is made, but it is inspired from his travels to Japan when he was eating a Kamameshi and drinking Hokkaido Milk at the same time when he realised he could create a unique ice cream dish from these flavours. #ToHKTakeover #TasteofHK #creations #icecreambreak
