Take a breathe and let it go.
Tell yourself it is going to be ok, because guess what? It will.
Then, be right here, right now. Forget what's happened already and forget about what's to come. (Yes I use this in my spin class 🚴🏻)
You can't change the past and you can't do anything with the future, but you CAN do something with the now. So, give NOTHING to what you can't control.
☝🏻For me, this means stress. I get it a lot especially with school and about getting everything done. However this year I am focusing on taking a deep breathe through that knot in my stomach to realize that worrying about getting everything done does nothing for me to actually get stuff done. So, instead of letting that knot form, I take a step back, tell myself it will get done, and then get to work. •
🌟CHALLENGE: When you get that heavy chest, that worry about the future, I challenge you to change your perspective on it: instead of letting it make you anxious, take it as a sign that it is time to take a deep breathe and reposition yourself :) ❤️🙌🏻
