5 months ago I accidentally subscribed a second time for a Planner Society Kit and after recognizing my mistake I immediately wrote an e-mail to unsubscribe the second subscription after 3 months. They replied to let me know that they unsubscribed me and my bank account won't get debited after three months anymore.
Today, 2 months later (and the 5th month after writing them an email) my bank account got debited AGAIN! I'm so so desperate and I don't know what to do anymore. 😞 I've already written them 3 emails to let them know that they did NOT unsubscribe my second kit and they've always answered that I don't have to worry because it's already unsubscribed 😭But WTF! Why do they still debit money?!?!?😞 AND: My June Kits still haven't arrived yet and this makes me totally desperate and upset as well😭 **SORRY for the rant**
