LONG POST WARNING!

Oh boy, I haven't done a #transformationtuesday in a very long time! Well this morning when I got dressed I vividly remembered the picture of myself on the right.
It was taken at the fair in 2012, right at the beginning of grad school. I remember hiding behind those balloons. That flannel was from Target and a size XL, and it was tight! I remembered just feeling like a stuffed sausage!
The girl in that picture was confused, and felt a bit helpless. I hadn't been on a scale and when I did finally step on one that December (2012) I was 192lbs! The heaviest I've ever been! That fall I found @toneitup and started to do the free workouts they had posted, I also started running. A year later I bought the #tiuplan.

It's now been 5 Years following #tiuworkouts and 4 years following the #tiuplan and I'm so happy!
I've gone back and forth with weightloss and weight gain (going from single to a relationship will do that to ya! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚) but I feel like I really know my body now and know how to feed it and take care of it!
I'm currently around 173lbs and feeling good! The smallest I've been on the plan was 153lbs, but to be honest, I was working out ALL THE TIME and really restricting my food (and all I did was workout, go to work, workout, repeat). I feel like I have so much more balance now. And I really like how my body looks and feels around 163-165lbs so my current goal is to get to that near December ๐Ÿ˜„ I've ran 3 Half Marathons, several 5ks, and even a 19.3 mile challenge weekend! The #tiuplan and #tiucommunity are the best! Iโ€™m finally back at it! After I got back from my parents I was feeling like crap so I was down and out for a few days. I tried to eat healthy but it still wasnโ€™t 100%. I also definitely didnโ€™t leave the couch. But today I was feeling good enough to take the babies out for a walk so we did that during a house viewing. Iโ€™m hoping to feel more energized tomorrow to do even more. I hope everyone is having an awesome Friday!! ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—

Hey hey #tiupeeps! Itโ€™s #TIU21 #tiucheckin time- Iโ€™ll be honest- while my #tiueats were at 95% since Tues (that other 5% was peanut m&mโ€™s on warm popcorn...so worth it โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ) my #tiuworkouts have been non existent. Itโ€™s been a busy week- and I donโ€™t have excuses- I just had more important to me tasks- and Iโ€™m totally more than ok with that...(prepping for the hubs to leave for hurricane relief and cancelling/postponing our first family trip to Disney...๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿผ itโ€™s all good...now that we have it figured out and I had some time to refill my heart with peace...I mean it. I guess there's a theme with these workouts-arms! Did the 5 daily toning moves x3, K&K HIIT and toned arms! Feeling strong! Another highlight of my day -I was actually an adult today lol. I cooked dinner. It's actually been a long time since I've done it..and not so bad. I grilled chicken and had that with broccoli and quinoa topped with guac, salsa and greek yogurt. Even made some chicken for my brother. I also walked my #tiupup and fed her.
