Here it is. My first official #TIUTransformationTuesday picture
The first picture is from A LONG time ago. I was a junior in high school (2009) on spring break and the second picture is from about a year ago at the beach with some friends 🚨Long post alert 🚨
In high school I knew nothing about nutrition. I hated vegetables and the majority of my fruit intake included apples with peanut butter occasionally. I never thought I was fat, but I also never felt confident in a bikini 💁🏼👙
So life goes on, I start college - gained the freshman 15 - never took a picture in a bikini - never felt my best.
THEN I see Toned Up on Bravo 🙌🏼 🙌🏼 I don't know why it clicked but that is when my life change happened. Yes, the initial reason is because I wanted to be able to put on a bikini without any worry, but I wanted to improve my mind set and life. I wanted to get healthy and genuinely enjoy vegetables and fitness.
Throughout my Sophomore - Senior year of college I did the occasional @toneitup video, went to the school gym, and joined a local yoglates studio. I lost weight and felt pretty good, but I knew I wanted more 🤗
When I started working after college, I finally bought the #TIUnutritionplan 😍
The second picture is around last years bikini series. I didn't fully complete it, but I'd say I did pretty good for my first ever #TIUbikiniseries 💪🏼
This year I have really committed to my #TIUmealprep and getting my #TIUbootycall in ☀️
Tone It Up has changed my life. The biggest (and best) change is the way I look at food. Instead of giving in to any craving and grabbing what is closest to me, I know how to properly feul my body with what is best for it.
The biggest takeaway for me from the nutrition plan is that you can still live your life. Because, a girl needs her guac and chips every now and then 🥑💃🏼
I could go on forever about how grateful and in love I am with @toneitup but I'll rant some other day. It doesn't end after this week. The #TIUteam is forever, right?? 😉😻💕
