Well...I'm bugged and I didn't realize until now just HOW bugged.😾 I received the comment today, "Well, you've never been big so you don't know what it's like to feel that way," to which I replied, "Actually I used to be 30 pounds heavier." Y'all, they laughed at me! Laughed in the way that 30 pounds "is nothing."💔 To me, 25-30 pounds on my 5'4" frame was a lot and I have busted my ASS every day to keep it off.
I DO know what it's like to feel different than your friends--I went through puberty in 4th grade and was literally a foot taller than every boy in my class.🤦🏻♀️
I DO know how it feels to be "the fat friend" or the wingman who only gets hit on out of pity. (LOL but true😂)
I DO know how it feels to be uncomfortable with your body and obsess over every single bite.🙅🏻👙
I DO know how it feels to struggle with weight loss and feel like you're at a standstill.
But most of all, I DO know how it feels to sweat, work hard, and be proud of my achievements, even if they are insignificant to others.🏃🏻♀️💪🏻🤸🏻♀️🏋🏻♀️ Do you see that picture on the right? That sweat💦 is all the proof I need to know my efforts are more than nothing. Maybe I have kept just about 100% of my weight off for almost six years, but don't you dare rain on my parade. Dammit, I'm still marching in it!🎉🎉🎉 #transformationtuesday #tiutransformation #tiutransformationtuesday
