Oh my soreness... So I am on day 3 of the "10 classes in 14 days" challenge at @purebarreeastvillage and added to that is my gym time & aerobic dance class at the college. And when I decided to do this challenge I forgot that I had already signed up for a barre class tomorrow at a different studio, so while I am not taking a pure barre class tomorrow it's not a rest day. πŸ˜… β€’

I have been working out I promise. I just always forget to check in. Checking in for yesterday I taught Dance It Out @totalwoman and then did the #tiutoning. Man those tricep push-ups were hard. All of the tiny little muscles that I don't always use are so sore today after spending the weekend paddle boarding and climbing. I did 3 miles on the treadmill and then went to a Pure Barre class. Today we're celebrating my "baby boy's" birthday πŸŽ‰. He wanted to go rock climbing. I can't even believe how much my hands & forearms are shaking, it's not just upper body strength that you need, it's fingers, hands, wrists, everything... and I don't have that πŸ˜‚. Hello. Day two of my self promise complete. Though one finger looks way fatter than the other πŸ˜‚ my husband had a couple nights off so we spent some time together. Now its onto nights again which means workouts! I did think I was cold and should really clean and I wouldn't have time to do anything fun if I worked out.
