Blurry pic but got in my daily moves in at the gym after getting in a bootycall this morning. I haven't done a bootycall in months, had absolutely zero desire to do it, and went straight back in bed afterward but like forward progress y'all! . . Got to school and convinced myself to do the daily moves because I was genuinely too exhausted to do anything else. . . Goals are keep on this healthy eating and at least 2 more bootycalls this week. Also run at least twice since I have a race this weekend! With my fiance!!!!! I love getting him to run with me! . .
Two nights ago a mosquito bit me right on the forehead, on my arm and on the top of my foot so tbh im #flourishig on this #tiuflexfriday . . Fridays are such random workouts bc I don't have anything scheduled out. So today it was the daily moves with a super heavy booty band (basically triple folded a resistance band in my gym and my legs are still shaking), some sumo deadlifts and inverted pull ups. . .

Today was tiredness and period-y and full of lame complaints bc that is what it is. . . Worked out back and shoulders this morning along with the Daily Moves. Then could not even start to force myself to eat the salad I had for lunch, so I bought this dope sandwich at my school instead, which led to eating chocolate, which led to feeling like crap, which led to me walking to whole foods to buy green juice. Then the complaint bug set in as you can see from my half-hearted complaints from my other instagrams stories. . . My body and hormones are in chaos and honestly I just can't wait for tomorrow . .
