Sedona, you are beautiful. Can’t think of a better way to wrap up this trip and set the tone for the #5daydetox. Reading through the plan on my road trip back home and came up with these: 🖐🏼 things I will let go of:
1. Overwhelm & stress at work.
2. Self doubt & false beliefs at home, work, my relationship.
3. Comparison to others.
4. Attachment to social media.
5. Careless spending and material attachments.
1. Be a better wife and fur mommy by being present, productive, organized, and spending less time sucked into my phone.
2. Become more confident by replacing any negative thoughts about myself with positive ones.
3. Decrease my stress by being mindful, trusting the universe, and slowing down.
4. Don’t allow slip ups or bumps in the road affect the rest of my day, week, month, etc.
