So, I've been MIA. I've been have some major back pain, and have had to take it easy the past 3 weeks. This is absolutely killing me, but fortunately I found a new workout!! 🙌🏼 cycling is the only thing not giving me back pain and it has been killer! 🚴🏼♀️ loving the intensity, the class atmosphere, and the calorie burner! 🔥 hopeful king getting an MRI this week to know more, get those weights in for me!
