Can I talk a minute about my green thumb 🌺🌿? It’s really not so green but I want it to be. I spent the evening last night walking around a local nursery at a Sip 🍷 and Stroll, picked up these beauties and went home to arrange them in a pot for some container gardening. I’ll post in a few days to show you how it turned out. Oh and it was 101* yesterday in FL so I look like a sweaty πŸ˜“ mess. .

I’m adjusting my workouts this week for a few reasons. So I’m back to yoga and #TIU workouts 3 days a week. CrossFit 3 days. I love how strong I’m getting from CrossFit and I realized I need to counteract that with stretching and lean muscle building. Plus I miss my home gym and not giving a πŸ’© what I look like πŸ˜‚. I did half this mornings workout in my PJ’s before slipping into my #tiuretreat2016 matchy-matchy outfit πŸ’πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ™ˆ. #tiubikiniseries #tiucrossfit #tiuhomegym

Day ☝🏼 for me!! Home never looked so good after being away for so long. We got in at 11:30 last night ✈️ so meal prep was at 7am. Workout will be at 7pm. Got to do what you got to do and my body says SLEEP πŸ’€ πŸ›. @instacart made my day even easier because I had groceries delivered while we were in Charleston {LOVE @instacart !!!}.
