Tireddddd. Didn't have a chance to work out yesterday and then kinda slipped up with my 7dsd, but that's okay- I will do great today! Once again amazed at my progress... I used my heavier weights the whole workout, instead of switching between heavier and lighter. Think it might be time for a weight upgrade πŸ€—

Super Slim πŸ” some yays and nays. πŸ‘ŒπŸ» easy to make, filling, and versatile. Sprinkled some "everything but the bagel" seasoning on the "bun" My kids had them with guacamole on whole wheat buns and devoured them. I'll make them every week just for that! πŸ‘ŽπŸ» my patties seemed very loose and liquidy. I had to keep them very thick, which is not my fav. I cooked them in the oven and some didn't stay together well (which was Fine because I made a "deconstructed" slim burger salad for Lunch tomorrow πŸ˜‚) but they wouldn't have worked on the grill. I'd like to be able to make them more compact and thin πŸ€”

#tiucheckin I've reached the end of four days of my #7dsd soooo a rose spritzer isn't out of the question after the littles go to bed πŸ’— This is the first time I stuck strictly with it for a given stretch of time. It's hard, and I felt hungry here and there. I'm going back to "normal" Bikini Series eating over the weekends bc my plans will not allow for such strictness. But I will do two more days of it on Monday and Tuesday πŸ‘ŒπŸ» I don't really consider the BS ending, because I plan to keep it up all summer long πŸ’ͺ🏼 yesterday I did toned arms and abs and *mostly ran 4.5 miles (broken into two sessions) with the DS. Today I did the 7dsd workout and did another 4 Miles with the DS. Today there was more walking though, that thing is getting heavy AF with almost 80lbs of kid. I ran to Trader Joe's so the way home was even heavier when I stuffed my bags in all the open spaces. Well, here they are, my #tiutransformation photos! Week 1 & Week 8. Pictures cannot always portray every aspect of a person's results, and that's true in my case. If we're talking numbers, I'm down 8 pounds and 14.75 inches total. I am so proud of myself for not only starting and finishing this challenge, but also for achieving the goals I set at the beginning. I am mentally stronger and have overcome some deep-lying insecurities. I've made beautiful friends who've helped me push myself further than I would have pushed myself had I gone this alone. Did I envision myself with a "perfect" bikini body at the end of this 8 weeks? Yes. Do I have it? Definitely not (in my own mind). But I've learned so much about feeding my body the food it needs and NOT counting calories, I've come to LOVE working out, and I now love meal prepping and look forward to it each week. I can't thank the #tiucommunity and my beautiful trainers @katrinaascott & @karenadawn enough πŸ’•πŸŒŠπŸ‘™πŸ¦‹ This is just the beginning of a beautiful & healthy lifestyle that I plan on continuing. I've been truly listening to my soul, following it and doing what it nudges me to do without hesitation; speaking affirming words to myself and believing them, and listening to my spirit when it speaks without allowing the Negative Nancy's in my head to take over. β€’
And the most amazing things have happened in the last month or so that I've focused on this. I've been connected with some amazing new people. My eyes have been opened to many new things, new doors have been opened for me, and my actions are aligned with my goals and dreams. β€’
I feel a shift in my energy and my spirit and my life, and it feels AMAZING to have it all come together. It brings a calm and a peace and a confidence and an EXCITEMENT I hadn't known before. β€’
So I urge you friendsies, listen to your soul. It's speaking to you all the time, but you almost always talk yourself out of what it's trying to guide you to do. And you keep missing out on the amazing, abundant life you were meant to live because of it. β€’

Definitely not the most exciting picture but this was my M2 either way😜 Couldn't go on a walk for my cardio and BC today becauseβ›ˆ So I pulled up a HIIT workout and followed it up with the #tiu7dsd workout. Not gonna lie: pure exhaustion. And my muscles felt lethargic. But still powered through and followed it up with a protein pancake with strawberries and a BIG coffee. Anyone else been doing the add ons? And which ones? For sure had a scoop of peanut butter after this grapefruit!
