▶4 mins to do 130 squats (paused for 3 breaks for 30 seconds each.
▶3:20 for 100 sit ups (instead of 50). Did not pause. ▶I only did 10 push ups (on my knees) after & sorta just plopped down. Didn't bother recording. Usually I work out longer than this but my body is soreeee. I'm also sad since it says it didn't burn many calories & my body hurts. Also sad cus those squats didn't make my butt big & bubbly yet 😭 also finally updated my story.
